Conveniently located in a safe area in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, street food options, and shops, just 1 km from the American University of Beirut.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Jad at reception even spent the time marking up a map for us pinpointing the places we wanted to visit and provided his mobile number in case we got lost. The rooms were clean and fresh, room service was fast and we were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade and late check out. We will stay again next time we visit Beirut.
The water pressure on the top floor wasn't great but didnt stop us taking a shower and breakfast catered towards Arabic pallets rather than western although there was a selection of pastries, bread and cereal.

The staff were so friendly.Jad,the font desk manager was the best and really does a great job to assure your satisfaction.The rooms were so well kept and the beds were sooo comfy.Brekfast buffet was great.

The staff is extremely helpful and geneuinely nice to be around. The hotel is new and clean, the furniture is of modern design and is very comfortable, house keeping is very clean and tidy, and the location of the hotel is ideal being close to everything in Hamra. Thank you to all the staff who made Chris and I feel like family while we were staying at the hotel: Sara, Jad, Ali, Farah, Malak, Ashraf, and all the others. Clean
I was given the choice between staying in the 8 th floor with a horrible noise of the fan/ power generator on the rooftop or on the 2nd floor with the noise from the the club. Horrible.

The staff where nice and very friendly especially the front office manager Who allowed advantage of early check-in and late check-out. The room was very clean and fresh with modern and nice comfortable furniture. Big LCD screen and free WiFi access. The Breakfast buffet was assorted and Delicious. I Enjoyed My stay and found everything to my satisfaction.
